Right from ancient times till date, Ayurveda has proved to be the most effective way for attaining a healthy and disease-free lifestyle. Adhvait Ayurveda is a wonderful combination of ancient Ayurveda and advanced technology which works on four important pillars, Medicines, Diet, Lifestyle and most importantly happiness of an individual.
Ayurveda is 5000 years old science of life that promotes a healthy living and a disease-free approach to personal health and wellness. It promotes self-healing pivoted on multiple parameters like diet, nutrition, lifestyle, exercises and medicines. Hence, Ayurveda is considered as a truly holistic approach to wellness.
According to Ayurveda, the complete Universe is composed of five basic elements, fire (Agni), air (Vayu), water (Jal), earth (Prithvi) and space (Akash). These five basic elements combine together in different proportions to create three Doshas, Vata (related to all types of movement of body), Pitta (related to all types of transformation inside the body) and Kapha (related to the principle of cohesion or building block material). Depending upon the time, season, place etc. these Doshas get disbalanced and start forming various disturbances in the body which ultimately lead into diseases. The aim of Ayurveda is to keep these Doshas in the balanced state and help us in leading a disease-free life and maintain the longevity of a healthy person.
A good health is not always in eating pills for every disease, but is completely dependent on how seriously we are in sync with nature to keep ourselves fit and fine with various life changing activities like exercises, meditation and healthy diet.

Dr. Nikita Chaudhary is a registered Ayurveda Doctor from National Commission For Indian System Of Medicine (NCISM). She holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Ayurveda and a master\u2019s degree in General Medicine (Kayachikitsa). Dr. Chaudhary has 06 years of great experience as an Ayurveda Expert. In these 06 years she had treated a number of patients with multiple health issues on different panels. Not only treatment, she has also provided a complete sense of satisfaction to her patients.
Dr. Chaudhary loves to face challenges in her medical field with a very calm and polite attitude. She treats her patients in a very familiar and motivating way.
